Certified AI Recruitment Bias — Fellow

Running a compliant hiring-AI programme where the bias audit is required by law: automated employment decision tools under New York City, California, Colorado and Illinois law, adverse impact, and the audit, notice and records an employer must be able to show.

§ 1 — Status

Not yet open — and what is fixed

Coming soon Opens after this family’s Fundamentals cohort.

Fellow is the senior grade of the family, in the learned-society tradition: it is not earned by examination alone. It requires verified professional experience and an assessed portfolio, judged against published criteria. Those criteria, the entry requirements, and the fees are published before applications open.

What is already fixed, because it holds scheme-wide: every script is marked by two assessors — AI first and provisional, an independent human second and final; the credential carries a two-year term on the public register; and it is held subject to the Code of Professional Conduct.

§ 2 — Start now

The route runs through Fundamentals

The grades open in order, so the way to be ready for this one is the Fundamentals grade of the same family — its registration opens soon through the candidate portal.

  • Certified AI Recruitment Bias — Fundamentals

US recruitment-bias law and the employer’s compliance programme: automated employment decision tools under NYC Local Law 144 and the state statutes, adverse impact and the four-fifths rule, and engaging the independent bias audit the law requires.
