Two separate products. Enterprise buys certification seats for your own staff. Corporate Membership affiliates your organisation with the Council. Take either, or both — neither requires the other.
§ 1 — Enterprise
Your organisation purchases certification seats and assigns them to employees, who sit a track’s examination like any other candidate — same paper, same machine marking and named release, same public register entry for every pass. One administrative contact, one consolidated invoice, one cohort report at the end.
A certified cohort makes the capability a property of the function: assessments comparable across teams, findings reviewable by peers, and a record that survives any one person.

Affiliation, not assessment. A Corporate Member joins the Council for standing: a listing as a member organisation, a voice in consultation, and a small number of included individual memberships for named staff. No certification seats are required — and holding membership never gates buying them.
Consultation means comment. Member organisations comment on draft competency frameworks before they take effect; they do not vote on them, and scheme decisions rest with the Certification Panel, which no paying organisation sits on. Further member-organisation benefits are announced as they launch, not before.
Standing with the Council, no certification seats. For organisations that want the relationship before — or without — certifying anyone.

Corporate membership certifies no one and decides nothing in the scheme: an organisation cannot hold a credential, and scheme decisions rest with the Certification Panel. Consultation means comment on drafts — it is never a vote. Neither option is required for the other: seats can be bought with no membership, and membership held with no seats.
§ 3 — Process
The Council maps your existing roles and risk taxonomy against the published competency framework, identifying which tracks apply to which functions.
Candidates are grouped into a cohort with a single administrative contact, a shared examination window, and consolidated invoicing.
Optional. Every seat includes the Council’s self-paced video course, and a cohort may instead prepare through its own internal programme or by self-study against the published materials. Preparation is never a condition of sitting and gives no advantage in marking.
The Council administers the examination, which assesses applied judgement rather than recall. Every paper is machine marked against its key, every result is released by a named member of staff, and nobody who releases a result is told how a candidate prepared.
Successful candidates receive a publicly verifiable credential of their own. The administrative contact receives a cohort report suitable for L&D and compliance records.
§ 4 — Track selection
