§ 2 — The context
Hiring and promotion systems decide livelihoods, which is why they sit among the most regulated AI uses: automated employment decision tools carry bias-audit duties, and the EU AI Act lists employment among its high-risk categories.
The credential certifies the professionals who assess those systems — adverse impact, audit trails, and the employment provisions regulators actually enforce.
§ 3 — The scheme
Whichever credential fits, the scheme behind it is the same: every script is marked twice — an AI assessor first and provisional, an independent human assessor second and final — the credential runs a two-year term, and it carries a unique identifier any employer can check on the public register.
