CAIA-FI-P · Practitioner grade
Certified AI Assurance Financial Institutions Practitioner
Assuring AI systems inside regulated financial institutions, where the supervisor is named and the evidence is prescribed. Two regional foundations — Singapore under the MAS instruments, the EU under the AI Act, DORA and EBA guidance — share one Practitioner and Fellow ladder.
§ 1 — Status
Not yet open — and what is fixed
Coming soon Opens after this family’s Foundation cohort.
Practitioner is the working grade: it certifies applying this family’s anchor framework without supervision and standing behind the conclusion. Its syllabus, entry requirements, and fees are published before registration opens.
What is already fixed, because it holds scheme-wide: every script is marked by two assessors — AI first and provisional, an independent human second and final; the credential carries a two-year term on the public register; and it is held subject to the Code of Professional Conduct.

- Certified AI Assurance Financial Institutions Foundation — MAS
AI governed the MAS way: the Technology Risk Management Guidelines, the Guidelines on Artificial Intelligence Risk Management — including their agentic-AI scope — and the FEAT Principles, applied to AI systems in Singapore-regulated financial institutions.
- Certified AI Assurance Financial Institutions Foundation — EU/DORA
The EU financial-AI regime: the EU AI Act’s high-risk scope for creditworthiness, operational resilience under DORA, automated decisions under GDPR Article 22, and EBA supervisory expectations.
